Tasks
- Build and maintain internal knowledge base
- Configure Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility
- Deploy and configure AI development tools
- Diagnose authentication and connectivity failures
- Enforce data loss prevention and compliance guardrails
- Ensure governance standards for enterprise data
- Evaluate and test tool updates before rollout
- Integrate AI tools with developer toolchains
- Maintain audit logs for AI tool usage
- Maintain enterprise licenses and seat provisioning
- Manage SSO SAML integrations and access controls
- Monitor tool health and coordinate vendor escalations
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for GenAI issues
- Provide onboarding and enablement programs
- Set up AI agents and connectors for automation
- Support quarterly compliance reviews
- Track adoption metrics and report to leadership
