Government and Public Sector - HSPD and Enrollment Specialist
Tasks
- Assign access classes to PIV records
- Assign credentials to personnel records
- Capture fingerprints
- Create statistical reports for leadership
- Enroll and remove PIV credentials in PACS
- Escalate unresolved issues to second tier
- Generate access reports using access class datapoints
- Generate access reports using door reader datapoints
- Generate access reports using time period datapoints
- Maintain Logical Access Control Systems knowledge
- Maintain PACS registration knowledge
- Maintain ticket tracking records
- Manage HSPD 12 lost stolen compromised PIV card process
- Manage consumables inventory
- Manage equipment inventory
- Perform first tier troubleshooting
- Prepare security support and technical support
- Process security support actions for HSPD 12
- Provide customer support
- Provide user instructions for lost stolen cards
- Store credential documents
- Support credential lifecycle sponsorship to revocation
- Track and monitor Reports of Survey ROS
- Verify biographic data
- Verify biometric data
