- Communicate planning scenarios risks and trade offs
- Define group planning calendar governance and planning standards
- Define planning system requirements for IT
- Develop long term financial planning model
- Drive Planning 2.0 roadmap scope milestones and adoption
- Improve planning processes with best practice simplification standardization automation
- Lead annual planning wheel budget process and rolling forecasts
- Own group wide planning operating model
- Provide planning assumptions and ensure consistent methods
- Set strategic targets and drive target setting
- Translate planning outputs into executive reporting narrative
