Grid Integration Engineer - Battery Storage
Tasks
- Automate data processing and study workflows using Python
- Conduct steady state transmission system analysis using TARA
- Develop data driven tools screening methods and dashboards
- Guide internal teams on transmission and interconnection considerations
- Identify network upgrade risks and assess mitigation options
- Monitor transmission planning and queue reform developments
- Participate in interconnection scoping meetings and technical discussions
- Provide technical due diligence on transmission and interconnection constraints
- Review utility ISO and consultant study results for feasibility and schedule risk
- Support large load interconnection studies and transmission service requests
