Tasks
- Build and optimize large scale inference pipelines for millions of documents
- Build label verification confidence scoring and quality validation systems
- Collaborate on model serving APIs and infrastructure scaling
- Create evaluation frameworks benchmarking automated vs human labels
- Define integration points with platform infrastructure and model serving systems
- Design AI powered annotation pipelines
- Design batching caching and fallback mechanisms
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows
- Develop prompting strategies few shot examples and tuning approaches
- Drive model selection pipeline design and validation strategies
- Evaluate tasks for automated annotation vs human review
- Generate ground truth labels at scale
- Implement monitoring and alerting for quality degradation and failures
- Improve annotation quality using human review feedback
- Maintain documentation for annotation strategies metrics and limitations
- Own automated annotation track end to end
