Tasks
- Analyze logs to diagnose issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability
- Investigate Apache Airflow DAG failures
- Maintain technical documentation runbooks and runbook articles
- Manage support tickets and maintain SLAs
- Monitor production workflow health and reliability
- Participate in incident bridges and post incident reviews
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents
- Provide Level 2 production support
- Resolve SQL query failures and performance issues
- Support ETL and ELT data pipelines
- Support QA UAT and production releases
- Troubleshoot Azure Databricks cluster issues
