Warehouse & Fulfillment Supervisor
Tasks
- Coordinate carriers and shipment pickups
- Coordinate labor equipment and materials
- Coordinate transfer from production to fulfillment inventory
- Coordinate with sales seed operations and agronomy
- Create daily and weekly work plans
- Develop and maintain operating procedures
- Ensure seed blending packaging labeling and order preparation
- Establish safety accuracy efficiency and quality expectations
- Evaluate shipping practices and carrier performance
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve warehouse layout and fulfillment workflows
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Lead fulfillment operations
- Lead train and develop fulfillment team
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain inventory control records
- Maintain pending completed and delayed shipment visibility
- Maintain seed lot traceability
- Manage shipping operations
- Monitor fulfillment performance and identify bottlenecks
- Monitor order progress and resolve issues
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Receive identify label store test and track inventory
- Troubleshoot delayed damaged incomplete or inaccurate shipments
