- Automate spreadsheet reporting with dashboards
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards
- Define and instrument key operational metrics
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and data pulls
- Develop LookML models
- Implement Zendesk reporting logic
- Translate operational reporting needs into analytics
- Write and optimize BigQuery SQL
