Tasks
- Derive allocate and trace requirements across software lifecycle
- Design solutions to meet requirements and define application interfaces
- Develop and execute test strategy including automated tests for safety critical software
- Develop review and optimize code for safety and quality standards
- Identify vulnerabilities and improve software resilience
- Integrate software components on emulated and target hardware
- Oversee code reviews for embedded systems software
- Oversee embedded software design development test debugging maintenance
- Oversee embedded software project management functions
- Oversee integration of embedded software with hardware components
- Oversee research and implementation of emerging technologies tools frameworks and regulatory changes
- Oversee testing and debugging for embedded devices and systems
- Oversee tracking evaluation of internal and supplier software team performance for compliance
- Oversee translation of customer requirements into embedded software design
- Provide consultation on software and hardware integration
- Review embedded software efficiency stability analyses and improvements
