Tasks
- Coach engineering managers and develop teams
- Deliver data platform roadmap
- Drive planning governance and operational oversight
- Ensure platform reliability scalability and operational health
- Improve engineering processes and ways of working
- Lead data platform engineering teams
- Manage cross functional programme delivery
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Manage technology vendor relationships
- Oversee vendor supplier performance and contracts
- Own technology risk and operational readiness
- Partner with procurement and finance on technology investments
- Support organizational design hiring and succession planning
