- Drive transition to production grade autonomous AI systems
- Ensure data governance access controls lineage and auditability
- Establish engineering standards and operational excellence
- Implement SLOs and error budgets
- Lead and scale data engineering organization
- Manage and develop engineering managers and staff level contributors
- Manage incident response and operational excellence
- Oversee semantic modeling and RAG architecture
