Tasks
- Build and lead middle office analytics team
- Build client segmentation LTV and deposit conversion models
- Design team structure and lead quant researchers
- Develop flow quality scoring for counterparties and liquidity partners
- Establish quantitative analytics stack for single source of truth
- Govern AB book routing logic and flow toxicity classification
- Lead bonus abuse arbitrage abuse multi accounting and payment fraud detection analytics
- Lead expansion into additional asset classes
- Monitor quoting quality inventory efficiency and capital deployment
- Optimize product settings and commercial experiments
- Own real time exposure and P L attribution monitoring
- Provide board ready recommendations and maintain model governance
- Quantify hedging strategy
- Reduce fraud losses and detection latency with fraud operations
