eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist
Tasks
- Conduct inventory quality control checks
- Configure pack and prep customer parcels
- Determine return disposition and repackage sellable items
- Fulfill online customer orders
- Generate system reports and audit sheets
- Handle hazardous material returns
- Issue customer credit for returns
- Load unload and move inventory
- Maintain safe and orderly work area
- Package products per customer specifications
- Perform inbound receipt processing
- Perform put away using RF transactions
- Pick orders with RF scanner
- Pick orders with manual pick sheet
- Prepare unsellable items for destruction
- Process customer returns inspection
- Receive and scan inventory with warehouse management system
- Reconcile inventory by location and barcode
