- Architect model training and fine tuning pipelines
- Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- Deploy LLM powered copilots and copilots workflows
- Design agentic AI systems with tool usage
- Design generative AI and machine learning solutions
- Develop predictive models
- Establish CI/CD best practices
- Implement observability for AI systems
- Implement real-time and batch inference systems
- Integrate AI into CRM and customer workflows
- Integrate vector databases
- Lead and grow ML engineers ML scientists and AI architects
- Lead cross functional delivery with engineering data product sales and customer success
- Manage prompts tools policies and agent lifecycle
- Orchestrate agent workflows across enterprise platforms
- Own AI system lifecycle from data to monitoring
- Partner with sales to embed AI in deal strategy
- Run experimentation and model evaluation
