HR Data Governance & Privacy Lead
Tasks
- Develop maintain and operationalize employee privacy notices
- Embed privacy requirements into HR operations and systems
- Ensure consistency between privacy notices HR practices and data usage
- Identify privacy risks dependencies and improvements
- Lead HR employee data privacy regulatory execution
- Lead HR privacy tooling onboarding workflow design and adoption
- Own HR data subject request DSAR process
- Participate in enterprise privacy and compliance forums
- Partner with Legal and Privacy teams on compliant employee communications
- Provide recommendations to HR data strategy and governance leadership
- Serve as primary HR liaison to Legal and enterprise data privacy program
- Support change management and training for HR stakeholders
- Translate regulatory requirements into HR procedures controls and documentation
