HR Data Governance & Privacy Lead
Tasks
- Collaborate with legal and privacy partners on communications
- Design privacy workflows and enable adoption
- Develop employee privacy notices
- Embed privacy requirements into HR operations and systems
- Ensure consistency between notices HR practices and downstream data usage
- Identify privacy risks dependencies and improvement opportunities
- Lead HR implementation of employee data privacy regulations
- Manage employee privacy technology solutions
- Own DSAR processes
- Serve as HR liaison to legal enterprise data privacy program and governance partners
- Translate regulatory requirements into HR procedures controls and documentation
