Forward Deployed Engineer
Tasks
- Build RAG pipelines and retrieval systems
- Build deploy and evolve ML platforms and pipelines
- Collaborate with product engineering and leadership on delivery
- Conduct design reviews and technical discussions
- Define AI architecture for client engagements
- Design LLM evaluation and observability capabilities
- Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models
- Diagnose and unblock live system integration issues
- Drive client adoption and provide enablement and upskilling
- Embed with client teams and translate business problems into AI designs
- Implement responsible AI safety practices
- Lead AI ML system design and delivery end to end
- Mentor and grow engineers through coaching and code reviews
- Optimize AI system cost performance and reliability
