Applied AI Architect, National Security
Tasks
- Coordinate across internal teams to drive customer success
- Create and deliver technical content for engineering and executive audiences
- Develop evaluation frameworks for specific use cases
- Guide customers from technical discovery to deployment
- Guide technical architecture decisions and integration into existing stacks
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering
- Maintain knowledge of latest LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
- Partner with account executives to gather requirements and design technical solutions
- Serve as primary technical advisor for customer Claude adoption
- Support customers building with Claude Code and Claude API
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives
