Tasks
- Analyze systems performance audits and service trends
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve workflow issues
- Continuously improve accuracy workload capacity and process efficiency
- Develop action plans procedural manuals and reports
- Ensure completion of training programs
- Ensure staffing meets production and quality standards
- Lead process improvement using Lean methodologies
- Maintain workforce management technologies and improve workflows
- Manage hiring coaching mentoring and performance feedback
- Manage mentor and evaluate staff
- Monitor service indicators and customer feedback
- Serve as escalation point for highly visible complaints
- Understand and ensure internal controls operate effectively
