- Analyze MSL and field medical activity
- Build analytics team and capability

- Deliver dashboards recurring reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Design medical insights and analytics operating model

- Generate insights for decision support
- Integrate medical data across enterprise sources
- Leverage shared services and continuous improvement
- Maintain medical data standards and metadata
- Own medical data pipelines and data products
- Partner for data access integration and tooling

- Perform scientific communications publication and congress analytics
- Prepare decision ready materials for leadership
- Provide RWE and HEOR analytic support
- Provide guidance for interpreting outputs and adoption
- Run medical I and A factory delivery
- Standardize automate and retire reporting
