- Apply secure coding test driven development and quality gates
- Define scalable data platform target state architectures
- Design agentic AI workflows for data discovery and preparation
- Design and build batch and streaming data pipelines
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines and inference workloads
- Embed AI first mindset into delivery workflows
- Embed observability monitoring drift detection and performance metrics
- Ensure responsible AI governance explainability and human in the loop controls
- Execute query tuning and indexing strategy
- Implement large language model assisted data engineering
- Integrate AI and ML workloads into data platforms
- Lead data engineering standards SLAs SLOs and performance baselines
- Lead end to end delivery of complex client projects
- Mentor cross functional teams and provide technical feedback
- Operate large-scale data processing systems
- Perform database performance assessments and capacity planning
- Provide technical leadership during pre sales and solutioning
