Senior Director, AI Engineering
Tasks
- Align AI initiatives with business goals
- Build and mentor machine learning engineering teams
- Communicate strategy progress and outcomes to executives
- Define ML platform architecture MLOps and GenAI enablement
- Drive hiring onboarding career development
- Enable reusable AI services and APIs
- Ensure compliance with security privacy and ethical AI standards
- Ensure scalability performance and cost efficiency
- Establish engineering culture quality velocity accountability
- Establish model governance monitoring and lifecycle management
- Implement guardrails for safe responsible AI use
- Lead and scale MLE organization
- Lead development of GenAI capabilities
- Operationalize models into production systems
- Own end to end ML platform pipeline and service delivery
- Partner with data science and product to move from experimentation to deployment
- Partner with product data engineering and business to prioritize use cases
- Standardize tools frameworks and best practices
- Train deploy and monitor ML models
- Translate industry trends into enterprise capabilities
