• Assist audio and lighting crew
• Assist audio crew with stands microphones cables
• Assist lighting crew with fixtures lamps gels and cabling
• Assist special events operations
• Assist stage manager with show passes
• Communicate event details to production crew
• Coordinate band food trays
• Ensure band items for performance
• Hang show banners
• Load in and out equipment
• Maintain and repair sound light and stage equipment
• Maintain and secure house backline and supplies
• Maintain curtains drapes and risers
• Operate and care for stage areas safely and cleanly
• Operate stage spotlight if required
• Perform band set changes
• Prepare guest lists
• Remove stage trash and sweep for next show
• Secure passes and tickets
• Update marquees and signage
