Infrastructure Operations Lead – Cloud and AI/GenAI Enablement
Tasks
- Assist data science and clinical innovation teams with proofs of concept
- Build ML and GenAI pipelines and integrate with toolchains
- Create automation enhanced runbooks and self healing mechanisms
- Develop AI copilots and natural language tools for operations
- Evaluate and deploy AI and GenAI tools for infrastructure operations
- Handle incident management escalation
- Implement cloud compliance metrics and reporting
- Integrate large language models into observability for real time RCA
- Lead managed service provider operations
- Manage 24 7 cloud and data center hosting operations
- Modernize observability with AI ML monitoring and self healing
- Optimize cloud cost and consumption
- Pilot and integrate AI GenAI features into operations workflows
- Prototype AI driven incident response and prediction
- Provide cloud governance and technical advisory
- Standardize cloud environments
