- Analyze test results
- Combine environment observations with event logs
- Create tooling for triage and root cause analysis
- Define defect workflow and tracking
- Establish defect management process
- Evaluate performance data
- Investigate training data anomalies
- Perform system level issue triage
- Provide system performance metrics
- Report software quality using defect ratios
- Support rapid integration and deployment
- Track and follow up blocking defects
