Tasks
- Build AI powered tools and agents
- Build CI CD regression testing for AI systems
- Build agentic workflow templates and approved patterns
- Build and maintain internal software integrations and automations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate workflows into applications
- Create Freshdesk widgets and ticket automation features
- Design RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval
- Develop shared agent platform deployment infrastructure
- Host deploy and maintain internal apps and tools
- Implement REST API connectors between SaaS platforms
- Integrate applied AI into customer operations workflows
- Monitor and observe AI systems in production
- Set up LLM evaluation and quality testing pipelines
