Invoice to Cash Senior Team Lead – Reporting & Analytics

Tasks

• Approve and manage reporting exceptions and governance frameworks
• Champion adoption of analytics automation and tools
• Define reporting frameworks KPIs and dashboards
• Deliver forward looking performance analysis
• Drive end to end Invoice to Cash reporting analytics delivery
• Ensure accuracy consistency scalability of reporting outputs
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Lead coach and develop team
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead performance discussions and governance forums
• Manage data quality and issue resolution
• Mitigate financial and operational risks through reporting oversight
• Oversee period end and financial close reporting
• Partner with stakeholders on I2C performance risks and opportunities
• Set performance expectations and conduct reviews
• Support change management and scaling best practices
• Translate data into insights
