Tasks
- Collaborate on release readiness production validation deployment coordination and stabilization
- Conduct data issue analysis and root cause analysis
- Coordinate contractor support team for issue prioritization and escalation
- Drive continuous improvement via post mortems SOPs monitoring and service delivery
- Identify failures delays and data outages and drive resolution
- Lead day to day support operations for enterprise analytics
- Monitor data availability latency completeness and accuracy
- Monitor data pipelines ingestion processes and orchestration jobs
- Oversee reporting operations performance and availability
- Partner on code optimization and performance tuning
- Perform data audit and reconciliation support for source to report flows
- Provide SOX audit readiness evidence management and documentation
- Provide end user support and proactive communication
- Support financial close monitoring triage and cross team coordination
