- Coach and train team members on policies and procedures
- Coordinate reserve area replenishment
- Ensure service level agreements and productivity targets
- Handle returns and determine disposition
- Identify expired or short dated items
- Lead omni fulfillment operations
- Maintain SFC BOPIC work area cleanliness
- Manage inventory and equipment issues
- Manage omni team members
- Package orders per standard operating procedures
- Pick and verify merchandise
- Print packing slips and shipping labels
- Process member orders using pick lists and RF devices
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Update merchandise locations and staging areas
