Senior Ceph/Rook-Ceph + Kubernetes Storage Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze failure domains CRUSH topology and replication
- Automate operations with Ansible
- Investigate storage latency performance and disk failures
- Manage Ceph OSD MON MGR and PGs
- Monitor and troubleshoot using Prometheus and Grafana
- Operate Rook Ceph in Kubernetes
- Operate production Ceph clusters
- Perform Ceph recovery backfill and scaling
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes storage integration
- Troubleshoot OS and hardware level issues
- Upgrade and troubleshoot Ceph clusters
