Tasks
- Assess team member performance and provide feedback
- Coach and train Omni Experience Ambassadors
- Ensure adherence to SOP for BOPIC curbside ship from club
- Lead omni fulfillment operations
- Maintain SFC and BOPIC area cleanliness
- Monitor SLA productivity expectations
- Package orders per standard operating procedures
- Pick merchandise using RF scanner
- Print staging tickets packing slips shipping labels
- Process member orders
- Process returns and determine handling
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Securely handle damaged goods and spoiled products
- Supervise omni team members
- Support hiring training and performance management
- Update merchandise locations and staging
- Verify merchandise with RF scanner
