Pre-Enrollment Support Coordinator - 67058654
Tasks
- Authorize and prepare IFS invoices within 5 working days
- Complete closure procedures for eligible clients
- Conduct disaster planning and quarterly reviews
- Coordinate and monitor IFS funded supports and services
- Coordinate crisis waiver enrollment requests
- Create and update support plans
- Document case management activities
- Facilitate iBudget waiver enrollment process
- Identify local state and community resources
- Issue written notices of waiver denial or approval
- Provide technical assistance for waiver review process
- Update client records in APD iConnect
