Electrical Engineer - Embedded
Tasks
- Assemble and test flight hardware
- Assist customers and project stakeholders with delivery and integration
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Create build packages and bills of materials
- Design and program embedded systems
- Design circuits and systems for spaceflight equipment
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Interface avionics with customer payloads
- Perform safety reviews
- Plan environmental testing
- Review electrical and embedded designs
- Stay current on circuit design best practices
- Support experiment payload integration and testing
- Support manufacturing, assembly, and testing
- Support on-orbit operations
- Troubleshoot legacy electrical systems
- Write embedded software code
