AI Scientist – Image Analysis & Digital Pathology
Tasks
- Analyze imaging data to develop imaging biomarkers
- Build generative AI applications for drug discovery using foundation models
- Collaborate with pathologists and translational teams to interpret biomarkers
- Conduct spatial analysis of imaging and molecular data
- Develop AI and deep learning models for digital pathology imaging
- Evaluate validate and benchmark image analysis algorithms
- Perform cell phenotyping and feature extraction
- Present results at scientific conferences and publish findings
- Segment tissue and detect regions of interest in pathology images
