Tasks

• Collect update maintain provider information
• Communicate with providers to explain enrollment process
• Comply with HIPAA and information security policies
• Coordinate provider enrollment and termination
• Handle enrollment with Medicare Medicaid and commercial insurance
• Limit PHI access to minimum necessary
• Maintain data entry in CAQH
• Maintain provider enrollment mailbox and complete follow up
• Prepare provider enrollment applications for initial and recredentialing
• Verify provider information with insurance companies
