Tasks
- Collect update maintain provider information
- Communicate with providers to explain enrollment process
- Comply with HIPAA and information security policies
- Coordinate provider enrollment and termination
- Handle enrollment with Medicare Medicaid and commercial insurance
- Limit PHI access to minimum necessary
- Maintain data entry in CAQH
- Maintain provider enrollment mailbox and complete follow up
- Prepare provider enrollment applications for initial and recredentialing
- Verify provider information with insurance companies
