Junior Oracle Apps DBA

Tasks
- Acknowledge tickets within SLA
- Act as first point of contact for support tickets
- Coordinate planned downtimes with Tier2 and Tier3 DBAs
- Ensure tickets are assigned and not in unassigned queue
- Escalate production down incidents to shift lead
- Log and manage tickets in Service-Now
- Monitor production and development environments
- Provide 24x7 DBA support
- Review tickets for completeness
- Work with shift leads to meet MTTA and FCR
