- Build business cases for AI initiatives and reusable assets
- Collaborate with engineers to improve scalability reliability and quality
- Define model performance drift bias monitoring and audit controls
- Define product operating model monitoring incident management and change control
- Design CI CD pipelines for ML deployment
- Design experiments and offline online evaluation frameworks
- Drive product lifecycle discovery MVP launch adoption and scale
- Ensure responsible AI fairness explainability transparency privacy security and accountability
- Establish human in the loop processes
- Identify and validate AI opportunities through prototyping
- Implement feature engineering model selection prompt design fine tuning and RAG
- Lead model deployment monitoring drift detection and retraining strategies
- Lead prototype and MVP development using ML and GenAI
- Own AI product vision and roadmap
- Prioritize AI use cases and manage trade offs
- Productionize solutions with MLOps and monitoring
- Translate business problems into product requirements
