- Coordinate NACEP and Middle States data submissions
- Coordinate accreditation related activities
- Coordinate cross program work stream alignment
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for staff
- Coordinate professional learning events
- Create shared annual planning calendar
- Create standard and ad-hoc reports
- Develop unit wide communication plans
- Ensure FERPA and data governance compliance
- Ensure NACEP alignment and accreditation renewal
- Exchange program data with planning evaluation and research teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Lead event planning and logistics
- Maintain data dictionary and user documentation
- Maintain data reporting calendar
- Maintain events calendar and toolkit
- Maintain operational resources templates and tools
- Maintain unified data infrastructure and databases
- Manage dual enrollment program operations
- Manage event budgets and reconciliation
- Manage event related contracts and vendor agreements
- Prepare purchase orders and vendor documentation
- Serve as primary accreditation contact
- Support fiscal and budget planning
- Support grant reporting and fiscal documentation
- Track spending against allocations
