Tasks
- Build dashboards and reports for accuracy and latency
- Design structured workflows and quality frameworks
- Drive workflow onboarding and calibration updates
- Improve sampling auditing and annotation consistency
- Lead client discovery sessions
- Lead root cause analyses with QA and training teams
- Maintain documentation and cross team alignment
- Manage staffing training and production readiness
- Oversee daily AI ML computer vision and annotation operations
- Participate in demos and client evaluations
- Promote automation for pre labeling and AI assisted annotation
- Provide technical inputs for proposals and SOWs
- Recommend process optimizations using data trends
- Support RFI RFP submissions
- Translate requirements into annotation guidelines
