Sr Data Engineer
Tasks
- Automate and monitor data workflows with Airflow or Cloud Composer
- Build data quality checks and testing strategies
- Collaborate with data analysts BI developers and product owners
- Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Create technical documentation and CI CD workflows
- Design scalable data integration pipelines
- Develop dbt data models
- Establish engineering best practices and reference implementations
- Implement BigQuery partitioning clustering and query optimization
- Ingest structured and semi structured data into cloud data warehouse
- Transform raw data into curated datasets
- Write reusable Python and SQL for ingestion and transformation
