- Develop strategic customer monitoring plans

- Ensure customer account success
- Establish feedback loops with project management engineering and field teams
- Identify and rectify customer issues
- Interface with customer Site Reliability Engineering
- Lead daily weekly monthly customer and internal meetings
- Maintain account business continuity
- Manage customer requirements through engineering requests for enhancement
- Monitor operational status and measure against project plan
- Prioritize resolution of urgent requests
- Support configuration deployment and monitoring requirements
- Translate customer requirements into RFEs
