Tasks

• Define and document processes and best practices
• Develop and deploy customer scripts and tools
• Develop customer solutions with pre sales
• Develop strategic customer monitoring plans
• Drive operational efficiency through automation documentation and project management
• Ensure customer account success
• Establish feedback loops with project management engineering and field teams
• Identify and rectify customer issues
• Interface with customer Site Reliability Engineering
• Lead daily weekly monthly customer and internal meetings
• Maintain account business continuity
• Manage customer requirements through engineering requests for enhancement
• Monitor operational status and measure against project plan
• Prioritize resolution of urgent requests
• Support configuration deployment and monitoring requirements
• Translate customer requirements into RFEs
