Tasks
- Coordinate with stakeholders on platform engineering
- Develop tools automations and processes
- Ensure platforms meet enterprise infrastructure standards
- Evaluate and operate analytics platforms
- Gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Implement ITIL request incident change event problem management
- Maintain run books operational manuals and knowledgebase articles
- Manage user group and content security
- Monitor platform performance
- Partner with vendors for escalated issue resolution
