Senior AI Engineer (Clients) - Supernal
Tasks
- Build and deploy conversational and agentic AI systems
- Collaborate with product and delivery stakeholders
- Debug complex production issues in distributed systems
- Define engineering best practices for testing and observability
- Design production AI backend systems
- Develop and integrate external APIs and webhooks
- Make architectural decisions for LLM orchestration and RAG
- Own end to end client technical delivery
- Translate customer requirements into technical designs
- Write and maintain automated unit integration and end to end tests
