Senior Data Engineer
Tasks
- Assess legacy SQL Server schemas and identify compatibility gaps
- Build migration rollback and fallback procedures
- Conduct post migration data audits and ensure operational readiness
- Design and optimize ETL pipelines for Power BI semantic models
- Implement alerting schema drift detection and automated recovery scripts
- Lead database modernization migration to Azure SQL Managed Instance
- Manage Azure Data Factory ETL pipelines and data synchronization
- Monitor validate and reconcile data consistency during dual run operations
- Orchestrate database cutover activities
- Refactor and scale ADF pipelines for throughput and latency SLAs
