Tasks
- Build agent platform integration layer
- Build evaluation pipelines for regressions
- Collaborate with data scientists to embed model outputs
- Collaborate with full stack teams for agent capabilities
- Define agent interfaces with platform and data
- Design and build AI agents
- Document technical decisions and system designs
- Implement human in the loop interventions
- Instrument agent reliability and observability
- Own 24 7 on call rotation for AI systems
- Own agent engineering stack
- Provide incident response for AI system failures
- Translate product and data science intent into production systems
