Tasks
- Collaborate across software hardware mechanical and manufacturing teams
- Design technical safety requirements at software level
- Develop embedded software for microcontrollers using C
- Develop multi threaded and multi core embedded software
- Develop verification and validation methods for safety requirements
- Document safety requirements analyses architecture implementation verification and validation
- Evaluate safety requirements and technical safety concepts
- Implement functional safety components
- Implement platform level embedded software
- Perform FMEDA FTA and DFA analysis
- Represent functional safety in cross functional discussions
- Write test procedures for hardware subsystems and safety mechanisms
