Lead Tech AI/ML Product Manager - Job Hunt Engine
Tasks
- Build job discovery and matching ranking and personalization systems
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams
- Communicate ML concepts to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Define AI/ML product vision and roadmap
- Define data requirements and evaluation frameworks
- Design and execute A B tests and rollout experiments
- Monitor models in production
- Own product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaled impact
- Translate business problems into ML hypotheses
