• Act as primary scrub person
• Apply aseptic technique
• Arrange and hand instruments supplies to surgeon
• Assist with on-the-job training
• Assist with surgical counts
• Coordinate equipment and instrumentation servicing
• Coordinate scheduling of staff and supplies
• Demonstrate professional behavior and customer service
• Direct surgical technologists daily
• Maintain sterile field vigilance
• Manage supplies and equipment
• Organize daily workflow
• Perform scrub duties during surgeries
• Preceptor for new surgical technologists
• Prepare operating room using physician preference card
• Prepare sutures and dressings
• Support in service education programs
