Lead AI Engineer
Tasks
- Build and maintain Python FastAPI services and REST APIs
- Deploy and manage AI services in Microsoft Azure
- Design end-to-end AI solution architectures
- Develop agentic workflows and integration pipelines
- Enforce engineering standards for code security testing and documentation
- Evaluate Azure platform services and architecture patterns
- Lead AI development team and unblock tasks
- Manage AI assisted solution refinement workflows in Azure DevOps
- Mentor developers through pair programming and coaching
- Monitor services and address reliability performance issues
- Own technical execution of AI designs
- Perform code reviews and provide technical feedback
- Run agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups and retrospectives
- Serve as primary technical escalation point
