Lead AI/ML Solutions Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering Teams
- Design AI enabled applications services and workflows
- Drive enterprise adoption of AI solutions
- Evaluate technical tradeoffs and recommend architectures
- Identify AI/ML opportunities
- Implement LLM RAG and agentic AI solutions
- Mentor engineers and create reusable patterns and standards
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision making
- Promote DevOps principles and responsible AI practices
- Provide technical leadership for architecture APIs microservices and cloud native solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and remove delivery blockers
